Hi, I’m Mel -
A Seattle-based designer currently in the radiology space with a background in graphic design and marketing. Ever since picking up a crayon, I’ve been intrigued by how specific arrangements of shapes and colors could influence the ways in which we communicate with others. This exploration took on different forms throughout my career, from large-format print graphics and packaging design to marketing and website design. My passion for making others' lives easier through user-informed design has most recently led me to the field of UX/UI.
When away from the computer, I seek happiness in new experiences that challenge my perceptions and allow me to connect deeper with those around me. On the weekends you can find me backpacking the Cascades, painting with acrylics, or practicing DJing (hear some of my mixes here!).
